SHORT RIB BURRITO
WOW! A truly delicious dish! I especially loved the sauces, both of them. And in addition, the portion was so large. I had it for dinner for two nights! if this dish looks good to you on the menu, order it, you won't be sorry.
HH Shortrib Taco
The short rib taco was on the smaller side, but it was packed with flavor. The short rib itself was incredibly juicy and flavorful. The chile sauce, onions, and cilantro provided some additional depth and really helped prevent the short rib from overwhelming the taste buds. Very solid taco.
SM TOUR DE TACOS
I really enjoyed the sauces that went with each taco. The mixing and blending of different spices to go with the different proteins really marries each taco to create symphony
PORK BELLY TACOS
So good, very flavorful. Would definitely order again.

HH Nachos
When I got the nachos, I couldn't believe the portion size. The plate was packed with fresh chips and every single chip was loaded with a myriad of ingredients. Not only did the nachos have the standard beans, meat, cheese, sour cream, etc... but it also had fresh salsa, onions, cilantro, radish, serranos, and queso oaxaca. Having so many different elements in a dish can cause ingredients to fight with each other, but the nachos at Amor Y Tacos are made with purpose. Every bite a beautiful cross section with very solid ratios and textures. There were no naked chips and every bite was better than the last.
XX FISH TACOS
The beer battered fish tacos were some of the best (if not the best) fish tacos I've ever had. Too often, fried fish can be more on the heavy side and really get dragged down by all of the oil it manages to soak up while frying. Amor Y Tacos is the polar opposite of this; the fish was fried so elegantly that every bite was airy and almost melted in my mouth. Truly a masterful twist on a classic taco. The chipotle aioli and salsa de arbol added some spice, but was very complimentary and enhanced the fish. Finally, the shredded cabbage, mint, onion, and cilantro helped balance out the spice and kept the entire dish tasting very refreshing. In my opinion, the fish tacos are a must.
PORK BELLY TACOS
Everything was amazing. I got the 3 course meal. Started with the potato taquitos, next had the pork belly tacos, and finished with the pan Dulce. All were equally amazing. Bringing my aunt back next week.
SOPA DE FIDEO
This soup was so good. Wish I had ordered it with chicken. I will next time.
